Did you know that the reproductive system is first to suffer when a woman is chronically dehydrated?

Yep- without sufficient water, your body can’t process nutrients and hormones.

This is important because water plays an important role in egg quality amongst so many other things? 💧

🥚As we know, after an egg is fertilized, it must travel to the uterus and implant itself. Water is important in this process because it is necessary for a healthy egg’s cell division, metabolism, and reproduction.

Yep- the cells of the uterine wall must be healthy for the egg to implant and drinking an adequate amount of water is a simple way to improve that.

🥚After all, a healthy egg is more likely to result in a healthy pregnancy.

🌊Moral of the story, drink an adequate amount of water!!🌊

Obviously, we know that there’s a lot more to it than drinking water, but little changes add up!

💧Not sure how much to drink?

Multiply your body weight by ⅔

Be mindful this can vary depending on how active you are.
